Further explaining the Balloon Park rule

On the Competition Rules page, it says "In Balloon Park, you must hit at least one balloon on each lap." You might wonder how it's possible. Well, it's simple. Turn around and hit the balloon just behind the start/finish lightpost. Now run up the wall and hopefully Sonic/Tails/Knuckles will run through the ceiling. Now as long as you cross where the post is when on the "ground," the lap will count. Also, make sure you clear each gap. This was fixed in Sonic 3 & Knuckles, so you cannot do it locked-on.
