The creator owns it, but I took it over and the creator was frozen to death, and I said "I will now take this land over, I am so a better ruler than you are. But for your reward of first owning the land is a nice rest *chilly wind and the creator's body freezes*" He was like that for 10 days now, still is. He probably is dead but I would check by breaking the ice which will also break him as well. And I took over this land with nothing broken nothing lost. Angel Island is next hehehe!, or maybe go for Marble Garden since it has a nice view (Machu Picchu sort of place. High, Steep hills, great view of the land and look, Hydrocity is not that far nor is Carnival Night.
