The thing is, I've noticed when Gerbil does
do something, he
posts the news in
Information Kiosk. (NB examples not in any order)
In my opinion, any change to site functionality (whether changing something old or introducing something new) is newsworthy. I don't see Information Kiosk as a news forum, considering it's description is "suggestions, comments and questions", and the news forum is "New and Updates".
Even if one little thing GS tweaks isn't worthy of an entire news post by itself, I think it would be better saved and posted along with other updates in a news post.
Particularly, things like the centisecond time bug should be front page to increase visibility. I, personally, seldom visit IK.
Not to mention the fact that Gerbil's constant tweaking with the site, although a good thing because it's all good work he's doing, is somewhat dominating IK. I think his small tweaks should be held until a weekly update if he wishes, or more major things deserving their own newspost can take some minor things with them.
