I'm starting to get my bounce attack down, able to do it pretty easily.  I'm working next on doing the bounce attack onto rails to go really fast.  Every time I try i end up hitting it but immediately jumping.  Is there some key to keep low?  Or just need to jump, bounce and then at last second attack, release the A button and hit the B for speed?

Tap the A button to jump and while in the air press B (and hold it down for speed)...? >_>?

when bouncing onto a rail, you go fastest by just bouncing alone. Jump, position yourself above the rail, and bounce. Don't try and jump dash at the last second, it's slower.
