I'm used to this forum system as Concept Mobius uses it and I like it. I have also kind of lost my fancy for Invision Power, so this is a nice change.

I just entered the Sonic Riders competition and am currently sitting at a proud rank number 13. At least I'm not at the lowest rank ... yet. I may be soon though considering I can only rent Sonic Riders at the moment.

Actually, Jason Griffiths is the voice actor for Jet the Hawk. When Jet says "Huh, not bad" it sounds too much like Sonic, which is obviously a mistake on Jason's part but when he talks a minute after, his voice is what it should be. That alone should tell you that it's the same man who does Sonic and Shadow.

Here's my opinion on the voice acting. This is all based on the English voices.
Sonic: Good, but I like Ryan Drummond's voice work better.
Tails: Sounds more his age but I like SA2B voice better.
Knuckles: Good. It fits for him better than it does Yami Yugi, but I like SH voice better.
Shadow: Good. It sounds a lot like the original voice, but I like SH voice better.
Rouge: I'm used to it now, but I like SH voice better.
E-123 Omega: Hardly notice a difference. No complaints.
Amy: A little more annoying. I like SH voice better.
Cream: A little higher pitched than in SH. Not bad. Liked SH voice better though.
Vector: Like Magnum said, sounds like a cross between Kermit the Frog and Pee Wee Herman. Hate it. SH voice was better.
Espio: Good. An improvement from SH.
Charmy: Not bad. Liked SH voice better.
Maria: Good. Similar to SA2B. No complaints.
Eggman: Very good. Fits the character as well as Deem Bristow did. No complaints.

I didn't try to fool you guys. First, I am a girl. Second, I like Rouge because she is strong, beautiful and independent, and I usually prefer blue or purple to pink. I used to be an Amy fan though (until Rouge came into the picture). Nice try, CosmicFalcon. ^^

I used to think the Dreamcast was the best. Although, I didn't get to buying one until just after SEGA discontinued it. I played Sonic Adventure, Sonic Adventure 2 and Space Channel 5 on it. I actually went through three Dreamcasts because they kept on breaking down. I just got rid of my last one later in 2005 after it started resetting not long after starting a game. I figured that was it for me.
By the way, I know what you guys mean by feeling old. I was born in January of '86 and I still remember how much of a Spice Girls fan I was.

Gaming and Grazing / Anyone wanna talk Pokemon?

I used to be a big Pokemon fanatic. I had the trading cards, watched the cartoon and even went to see a movie in theatres. However, I lost interested as a got older and became interested in other stuff. Every now and then, I will regain a temporary interest in Pokemon again after seeing and episode or playing a game. I can still rhyme of some of my favourites.

I don't get it why a lot of people seem to hate Shadow's game. I'll admit it took a little bit to get used to the difference in game play, but I enjoy playing it. It does make the past Sonic games much easier to play afterwards. I didn't realize how easy Sonic Adventure DX was until I played Shadow the Hedgehog.

I am GarnetPrincess, a new member and Rouge the Bat fan. I will try to stay active in this community as much as possible. I may not be as good as some gamers and game players here, but that doesn't bother me. I just wanted to say a big hello to everyone here.
