Beef / For those who have the power....

I can't seem to cancel my account so I need mods to delete my account. I am no longer going to use it. I have already deleted my stats in the records. If those don't change, feel free to remove the stats as well.

I have moved on from being a competitor to just enjoying watching SU speed runs on Youtube. Holding a record in a stage is exhilarating, but I just want to watch beautifully well done speed run records.

Ah, thanks!  Amazing show, there.

I really should get back to TAing that.

3'14/13 is my potential max with all the right conditions. I don't think I can get any better than that unless I find a new shortcut again. lol

I'll look forward to that. The analog camera I have sucks so it doesn't do the world record on eggmanland day ps2 any justice.  I really want to see it in high quality so I hope you can be the one to do that.

You cannot piece together a recording to upload.  You can only put up videos of a single run.

With that said, I'm looking forward to seeing EggmanLand Wii getting trounced even more so than Shizzlee's video.  Oh, and your 3'30 one.

I have no intention of piecing together different runs.  It's just that the method of recording I did before was through the memory card of an old camera.  What that did was that every time I messed up a run, I can just stop recording, and the next run I do, it gets saved as a separate file from the other runs.  I just wanted to know if a DVR has that same capabilities.  But I'm not sure if it saves the different runs as a single file or separate files for each run.

The 3'30 run took about 15 tries before I got it, and it was still a relatively safe run to say.  I just wanted to get through without taking too many risks (ex. boosts).

My new record 3'18 took about 3 hours to finally get the run through and it was still a relatively safe run too. I had to master new shortcuts on the go while still looking for new shortcuts as well.

I want to capture an absolutely perfect all risk run in good quality for everyone to enjoy.

hey if i want to get a good quality run, i should record it through DVR right?

But the question is, if i keep pausing on the DVR, or stop, will it connect all the trial and errors i do? I really don't think I can get the "perfect run" in one run. I would hate to waste a dvd if i can't separate the different runs on the computure.

Hi, just registered today and I can't upload a video yet. I made a new record in EggmanLand (day) [ps2] and thought I'd share with you all a shortcut or two I ran into by accident and worked into perfection.
Near Perfect Run. Take and advantage of the shortcuts and be the first to get this under 3:30; yes I'm talking to all you Sonic abusers out there, lol.

I hope this is the right place I can post this for now.
