Make so many charts that the entire site crashes. From there, Gerbil will hafta try to restore TSC but will be unable to because it is too big. This brings another TSC Great Downtime. From there, you will have to hack the system and wipe the stat from existence. TSC is eventually brought back but Rolken realizes that someone hacked the system. Having planned that out, you produced forged evidence and successfully proved your innocence and framed some innocent bystander that no one cares about.
Then you sit down with the TUSC peeps and enjoy some nice home baked cookies.

Pretty much, when you're using on Gens+ and opened up a ROM you right click and it should open up a menu. Find and click on "Record Input Movie" to record a run. When you are done recording, right click again and choose an option with the word "stop". A .giz file should be produced and saved in the folder you chose to put it in.
On Playing
To open a .giz file you have to save one on you're computer or have one that you made. Open up Gens+ and play the correct ROM. After you have the correct ROM right click into options menu and choose "Play Input Movie". Select a .giz file that can be played with the selected ROM and you can now view it's content and stuff.
Also instead of right-clicking you can use the menu located at the top of Gens+
