Level: Oil Ocean Act 1
Requirements: Be Sonic and Tails. Complete Oil Ocean with Tails remaining on the screen at all times, you can take any routes you want, but from the point that the level starts Tails must be seen on the screen, this means that Tails won't respawn at all so he won't be in his flying form. So Tails must remain on the screen from the moment you start the level to the moment you cross the finish goal.
