What is going on with "Submissions: Videos"?

Okay, I really want to upload videos in case someone accuses me of BS.

In order to get authorization, I wrote emails to both SonicAD and SadisticMystic.  And yet the video upload section says I'm still not authorized!

What am I doing wrong?
