A few stages such as Planet Wisp Act 2 are missing ring charts, this is because of cauldron enemies that apparently spit out an infinite amount of rings every time Sonic touches it. I'm not sure exactly what they're called but because of the newly found Score Limit: we are able to track scores for these stages.
Gameland
1-1 2-1 3-1 4-1 5-1 6-1 7-1
1-2 2-2 3-2 4-2 5-2 6-2 7-2
1-3 2-3 3-3 4-3 5-3 6-3 7-3
Every Gameland stage tracks Times and Scores only, no rings. (Though I guess it helps with that horrible gimmick at the end of each stage.)
E.G.G. Shuttle
Score Total/Time Total
E.G.G. Shuttle is just a marathon level, playing through the 45 main stages. Times -should- be track-able but you are only able to view them before you submit your score.

SPOILERS! Skip Spoilers*Highlight to see Spoilers*
Super Sonic is playable in levels, the levels are slightly tweaked compared to the original levels (Super Sonic cannot use wisps, enter gameland, E.G.G. Shuttle, or fight bosses.) allowing him to pass wisp sections. Super Sonic also gains 1,000 points every two rings for...well...being super! <_< >_>
EDIT: I'll go with what RPG suggests: let's just add a separate slot for him, Times and Scores.
END SPOILERS.EDIT: Apparently, not only does each bonus have a limit, but each LEVEL has a time limit that prevents you from exploiting any further than a certain time limit.
Only rule I can think of is
Sonic Colo(u)rs WiiScores divisions* Scores must be attained in a single continuous run (without deaths).
