If you're certain that you completed the time yourself, and that it doesn't break any rules, then that's fine.

Also What does it mean by races? Also, is there any place that clearly defines the non obvious ones like that? (Like I know about the submission rules, but is there anything else that goes over everything)

What about for Final Hazard? Theres not really a "Best time" spot for it, so could we take a pic of  the time when we beat it? Or does it have to be a vid?
