One of my subscribers made this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GNdl8neiCBo

I don't know if this has been discussed but I found it interesting.

This happens in Hydrocity 2 as well, only it's with an item. So you get 20 rings where there appears to be 10 (which made it worth a lot for the Blue Master Emerald Challenge.
<RPGnutter> Well I think your reasoning was dumb, so you get sassed
<RPGnutter> Thats how it works

Yeah, but in HC2 it's actually two monitors. Jump on it instead of rolling. >_>
<Tails> also "GET BLUE SPHERES" on a black-and-white TV remains the best special stage of all time

<Achlys> wat ave you done!

That video also showcases two rings in the same spot.

That stuff happens more often than you'd think.

Two spring to mind immediately:
* In Angel Island 1, the set of three rings next to the very first large ring is really a set of four
* In Flying Battery 2, just after the second spider thing grabs you to take you across a gap, the middle of the five rings following is a double-ring.

I'm sure there's a couple of other examples but I'm tired and they elude me right now.

Doesn't everyone remember Emerald Hill 1, with the triangles on top of the last loop?
