3 years is WAY too young to be going on the Internet if that's what you meant. 8 and a half is still too young. We want people to behave in a respectable and intelligent manner, and kids generally don't. If you're that young and you do then by all means, good for you, come join if you're not going to be an idiot. But BSing is a pretty clear indication that you don't. There's a chance that DAV will be unbanned in the future when he's grown up a little more, but for now he's staying banned.

The way i gather this whole scenario is that DAV will still be banned. REGARDLESS OF APPEALS! The only way that he is going to get off being banned is that he proves that he is a bit more mature and will not lie to be good.

Also for the record: getting siblings to help you be unbanned or help you achieve higher status isn't really mature.
