FIRST PLATFORM
Quick spindash+jump - fall
edge of platform - jump+fly
Maintain flight on certain background column area
Fly past spikes, inverted spikes, spikes, b-cancel flight
Hit edge of double spiked platform, jump past spikes, land on spiked trap (unspiked), jump, fly past inverted tower.
Fly past second I.T., ascend, continue, cancel at top of background column, fall, land, run, hit second platform.
TIME: 0:15:00
SECOND PLATFORM
Tag action, wait, platform curves.
Release R when platform stops curving, hug edge of wall, hold R.
Land on edge, tag action right-left to miss ceiling
Hug wall again, land on edge, jump, fly
Go past sets of spikes, descend, hit ground, run, hit platform
TIME: 0:31:00
THIRD PLATFORM
Wait, go past singular boulder drop, past double boulder drop, past thrid boulder drop, jump, fly.
Ascend like hell, past spike pillar, past set of spikes, dodge horizontal spikes, land, run, jump, END.

And, that's it. Sorry I used shorthand. It's a lot easier on me. I took some parts out of it, of course. Wouldn't want anyone to steal my uber-secret. Give it a shot if you want. This is probably the only team that can trump Sonic and Tails in this zone. In fact, I'm sure of it. Tails and Amy might be able to beat this, but I'm not sure. I should be able to top this time, actually. I smell a sub-57 in the near future...
