Floan was the French guy that submitted cumulative score, the first time anyway, no idea on the second

By the way, when a player is banned three things can happen regarding his ranks:
- They just disappear from his profile. http://www.soniccenter.org/members/floancs
- A few disappear but not all. http://www.soniccenter.org/members/sdj6707
- None on them disappear. http://www.soniccenter.org/members/sonicfan0913
TSC is supposed to treat all players the same way. What do these differences depend on?
