I'd literally never heard of any of this (PK/Free running) until Mirror's Edge (why do you think I talk about it so much?).  Since then, I've been thinking of trying to train myself for it, it would be good exercise and would probably help my slight fear of heights.  But, I go to a rural college - there's pretty much nothing to practice on.  I think we have some ropes courses, though, I may look into getting permission to just mess around with them - sign something saying that I'm at my own risk and that I promise not to break anything.

I think I'm going to go somewhere with more tricky obstacles next time and vid that 0.o...

Probably have some more vids like my first except with my friend (he does jumping stuff too).

Maybe I'll run up some walls this time, who knows. :D

...I should work out more, all I've got going for me is my leet DDR skills and high endurance.

In other words, I need more upper body strength, a must for ninja-style stunts and breakdancing, both of which I'd like to practice at some point.

I need leet DDR skillz.  I just recently managed to start passing 6-foots.  <_<  Yet I'm about to make my own pad, so those should improve soon.
I need endurance PERIOD.  I could use a bit more strength, but overall I'm stronger than I look.  See, I ballroom dance.  I note that I tire easily, which isn't good.  But I can do lifts ("aerials") easily, so strength isn't an issue.
Breakdancing I don't care much for, but ninja/PK skills I would really like.  Hence the practice.

I'd suggest playing some long or marathon songs if needed. Either that or start doing 7-footers as your last song when you play.
