1. Go to Submissions, select a game, fetch divisions.
2. Click "Submit" without entering any stats. The Confirm page will show up with no stats.
3. Click "Confirm". A TSC Fatal Error occurs.
Expected Results:
"You haven't submitted any stats!" message should appear instead of the Confirm page.
