Game Saves in Mega Collection Plus
« on: July 07, 2007, 10:12:54 pm »
This is kinda bugging my conscience (sp?) so I thought I would check.  I use the saves on Mega Collection Plus extensively when doing my runs.  Like, I save every 50 or so rings in a RA in case something stupid happens and I lose my progress.  Is this wrong?  If so, then most of my ring and score counts are voided, and I really hope that doesn't happen.  I personally would be okay with it, as it simply saves time, and it doesn't actually affect the game itself, but I just don't know.  Thanks.
Im in ur TSCz, climin ur chartz!

What's next, are you going to save at every frame that goes perfectly and ask to submit an optimized TAS to the charts?

Okay then.  I'm sorry, and I will take down the affected stats.  I will point out, however, that it will not be that long before I can perfect them again.  I will not give up.

EDIT: Replaced all affected rings and scores with 1's because 0's would not work.  Better stats will be submitted when I have time to redo the runs (i.e., probably not today).  And, changed the only two affected times to 9:59.

Yeah. Because there are some people who've never heard of emulators, can we clrify the rules in that section a bit?
