I was recently talking to RPGnutter on MSN and he told me how he once died in 1.50 on Green Hill.

I decided to take up that challenge and try getting the fastest death ON EVERY LEVEL (mostly).

Now I have decided to set up this subchallenge (sanctioned by RPGnutter) as the Fastest Death Challenge! Every mission 1 (minus R101) plus Wild Canyon 5 will be available for competition. Rather than do a ranking system, I will judge the winner by total time (assuming he does all the levels; I haven't but will by the end). Deadline is on July 29th at 9:00 PM EST.

There are only two rules:

1. YOU CANNOT USE RESTART TO REGISTER A TIME. This is a fastest death contest, not a rapid-pause contest. Your character must physically die, whether being hit by an enemy, jumping into a pit or otherwise.
2. All levels with Eggman REQUIRE the health upgrade. This makes the levels more challenging.

I was hoping a topic like this would start, killing the players off is fun when you get pissed off from being screwed out of a good record.

City Escape- 32.10 Collected no rings, died to first robot. this could probably be improved but its tough to not get rings at the last part.
