Well, I just thought I'd make a thread of competition for Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz for the Wii. If this progresses well, I may change the topic (name and premise) to encompass other Wii games like Wii Sports.

I'll make up charts later but for now, let's get a list of people who'd like to participate. I only know yoshifan might. Anyone else? If anyone else wants me to include other games in this topic, let me know now.

For this competition, I think we'll have World Clear Scores, and all the Mini-games that have Rankings. I don't think we should have Stage Clear Times since that'll be long but if you want to, just let me know.

I just recorded all my stats. Some, though, I have no rankings on cause I'm not good at them or I CAN'T be good at them ebcause of the controls. (e.g, Disk Golf should be a game for me to be good at if it weren't for how notably... well, the word "sloppy" comes to mind.)

I managed to get one decent Disk Golf score, though I agree that it's one of the toughest minigames.  Also, you're really good at Monkey Wars.  I thought my last two scores were awesome!

As for other Wii games, Monkey Ball is really the only one I've been playing, so I don't have any suggestions right now.

I don't play Jungle Attack that much. Probably 15% out of all the times I've played.

About bananas in the main game, I've completed Worlds 1 and 2 just as you have.  I've also done a large part of World 5, though I'm not sure exactly how much.

In chat you were asking about the single banana in 5-1, right?  I think I managed to collect it by bumping the side of the bridge where the banana was.  It took some trying to finally get it.

yoshifan, you'll be interested to know that my Wii froze 6 times since I got it - most recent time on account of Number Ball. Yep, it happened to me too.

Nice, many of those scores look impressive.  Monkey Wars especially, but some of the main game world scores look great too.

About Ultra Heaven 5, I still haven't cleared that one either.  Easily the hardest level of any Monkey Ball game.  It seems that some people are able to beat it consistently, though!

Let's see.. In terms of at least getting on my ranking table (at least 3rd) for the Monkey Wars stages, I'd have to say, now:
Jungle Attack: 10%
Pyramid Maze: Less than 5%
Cosmofield: 8%

That should give you an idea I guess. :P

My next game is Wii Play so I can get another Wii Remote for my friends/family.
After that is Super Paper Mario (if not SSX Blur first, or after SPM). Then Galaxy. By then, Secret Rings should be low enough for me even to think about buying it. I think, though, I'll get Rivals before SSR. :P

I think I'll rent it one more time... Maybe...
