I while back i posted a screenshot from a rom i had when i got 17 seconds on emerald hill act 1 on sonic 2 and then i got banned lol. But anyway i was looking around on the net and found this video someone has recorded using gens movie 9f and they got 17 seconds. However it looked a bit fake since the view was a bit jumpy at times. Anyway look for yourselfs and make a judgement. Here is the emulator and i will add the movie as an attachment.

to play it i think you go options then play movie. Then select it and just go on play movie again.

That's called a TAS video.  Your screenshot was obviously fake because the time bonus and the time shown did not match.

TAS, or Tool Assisted Speedrun, means using features such as slow-down and save states to overcome human limitations (reaction times, errors, whatever).

BS, or Bull Shit, means faking screenshots to avoid the BANHAMMER.

I was asking about this not about why i got banned. Anyway i thought it looked a bit strange because of the view jumping now and again.

If it's skipping, that's probably lag on your end from running the CPU-intensive emulator.

There's an AVI file available for that run, and it should be more watchable in that form.

No i dont mean like that but with me sometimes it seems as though the view focuses on tails for a split second and then jumps back to sonic. Its not frame skipping or anything i can tell.
