Can you get Metal Madness (Including Metal Overlord) In under 3 minutes? I just edged it with a time of 2:59:84. Think you're up for it?

I'm pretty sure you can sub-3:00 without TBG.  And s&a, the record was set with the TBG.

Sonicandamy the second part is not called metal madness it's called metal overlord so obviously the record for the first part is 1:26 not including the second part. Basically it's impossible to set a record like that for both two parts. I did both parts to get 2:59:84 and all i used to finish it faster than normal was do the team blast glitch. P.S. I done this on xbox since my friend borrowed my gamecube that time.

Metal Madness is Metal Madness + Metal Overlord, as the clock counts over for both bosses.

The record was done with mass TBGing.  And yes, TBG means Team Blast Glitch.  I've gotten 1:30, but that was when I TBGed to an extent I can't duplicate anymore.

yse wrote a guide about the best tactics for fighting Metal Madness. So far, he's gotten 3:12 with his strategy. I believe sub 3 min is possbile, but anything lower than 2:50-2:55 is probably not without TBG.
