We don't require videos unless somebody who's new or used to suck suddenly smashes a bunch of site records. You can't use the site's submissions system right now because it's under construction at the moment. Until it's active again, you'll need to write times down and keep a list to put here when submissions go back up.
The only thing we require recordings for are the Emerald Challenges, and then you're forced to use your computer and an emulator that records for you.
