I am inclined to agree, based on Crowbar's ring record. It's most likely a typo. Besides, if the last digit isn't a zero, then something went wrong with the speed score, which means he would have collected at least 500 rings under 2:20 or 2:30 or whatever the time limit for score is on that level, which according to Crowbar's comment on his Blaze ring record for that level, takes nine minutes. :/

According to Rolken's Bonuses guide, the maximum theoretical point total is 134990 - of course, that'll never be attained, since getting 999 rings is probably impossible and definitely impossible while maxing Time Bonus. Perhaps 125000 is achievable though...!

Groudon has it. In his defence, though, I think it very likely he just pressed 9 instead of 0, since they are next to eachother.

Sidenote: Getting that many rings doesn't necessarily take 9 minutes, I'm just a slowpoke. :O
