Sonic 2 for Genesis.

I'll make a video of it, but I don't know the path to take.

I'm on the outdated twenty seconds path. (long story short)

Where the hell have you been for the last two years?

Ah well. Two major strat alterations led to 19 being nailed down:

• At the start of the level, you need to jump, stop before the shield and spindash again.
• At the end, you need to pass over the top of the loop, make a small jump and slam into the fish on the bottom path. Then, apparently, you should cross the line with 19. I've never pulled it off, though.

I didn't do that start of the level thing...I know how to do the other part.

Though that first thing doesn't make the most sense to me, I'll take a whack at it.
