Classic Cerulean + Compact Mode (and more)

Well, in the Classic Cerulean skin and Compact mode, it only puts one "No submission" cell in instead of the two it needs. For example:

Edit: Also, I accidentally hit Logout once (I never bother logging out usually) and I got the error message:
